I began my independent practice several years ago after working in the mental health field for the last 18 years. Ten of those years were spent working with groups and individuals under the supervision of seasoned licensed psychologists, neuropsychologists, psychiatrists, and neurologists.
I use evidence-based treatments such as exposure therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic approaches as well as mindfulness-based treatments including emotion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
