Mental Health Treatment For Increased Wellbeing

Session cost is currently $250 with a sliding scale for those impacted by Covid-19 or otherwise unable to pay full fee. I do not take medical insurance, however, if you are on a PPO plan with your insurance I can provide you with a monthly invoice so that you can be reimbursed for a large portion of your therapy costs.
My therapeutic style aims to strike a balance between “passive” process (insight/talk) and “active” self-observing behavioral work both inside and outside of therapy. It is important that what we talk about in session is matched with our actions when the time is right, otherwise we remain static. Therapy interventions are always evidence-based and collaborative and treatment choices are personalized and adapted to fit individual needs throughout the varying stages of treatment. I will work with you to resolve self-defeating patterns. I will help you identify your unique personal values and develop the skills necessary to live a values-consistent life. And with sensitivity and compassion, I will provide supportive feedback to help you recognize your strengths, overcome your barriers, and achieve your goals.
